Sunline FX2 Braided Line
The Sunline FX2 Braid Fishing Line was created for Froggin' and Flippin'; two power techniques that this line can handle with ease. Even though Sunline has produced braided line since 1992, it has only been available in the US since 2011 when Dean Rojas came on board and made available a new Braid product specifically for the US market. Dean, is known in the circles of fishing as the best frog fisherman out there, so Sunline went straight to him to assist with the development of the FX2 braid. Wow, what a product! This line has a circular shape versus the conventional oval shape. It is made with eight strands of braid with a circular cross-section smooth surface. It has excellent abrasion resistance and improved color processing. Finally Sunline tells us it uses a polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate combination, which we can only imagine has to be very, very good.
