VMC Wacky Tool
The VMC Wacky Tool was designed to easily rig wacky rings to plastic worm baits. This allows you to secure hooks to the worm without hook penetration which prevents wear and tear from bites and over casting. The wacky tool has a hollow tube that allows you to rig the ring exactly where you want it, all you have to do is roll the ring onto the worm. The tool has a tapered end to fit any size of wacky ring. It is pre-loaded with 15 clear wacky rings.
