Bill Lewis Rat-L-Trap StutterStep
The Bill Lewis Rat-L-Trap StutterStep is a topwater lure with a unique "walk in place", or Stutter Step action. The StutterStep can be stopped near fish and with quick twitching of the line, the bait will actually move it's head back and forth wile staying in place. The tail throws a kick with every twitch as well. The action of the StutterStep is sure to draw out fish even when they are in cover! Each lure comes equipped with two #1 Mustad hooks.
